Love this Publix! Staff is superb and is always a great experience shopping over here.
(PS the salted caramel heath bar cake from the refrigerated bakery section is to die for. Try it if you haven't!)
I absolutely love this particular Publix store. The customer service is superb! The overall culture of the store is very positive. The workers are pleasant and seem genuinely happy to see you. I told the gentlemen in the meat department that the ribeye steaks were too thick
so he went and cut them in half. I received additional discounts in the pharmacy department without requesting it. It is not unusual for a clerk to actually take me to an item I can not locate. Everyone without exception is always smiling and courteous. One person in particular know me by name, and comments when she has not seem me. Publix in Chelsea is a place I love to shop.

Absolutely love publix! This location is very convenient to our house but even if it wasn't, I would make the drive to get there. The staff is always accommodating and welcoming. The pharmacy here is wonderful as well. All around, it is always a joy to shop here.
Great quality food, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Halloween game stations with candy/treats was a lot of fun for my children. Publix needs to advertise this more! A fun and safe Halloween venue for kids!
