The people here are not very nice. If you do not like your job, find a new one. Being rude to customers is not the answer to your troubles.
Older location that serves its purposed. The post master at this location can be somewhat rude, and the staff have been known to be lazy and not get out of their vehicle to deliver your package to the door. Otherwise, they have never lost or destroyed any of my mail, so that is a plus.
Carrier refuses to get out of the truck if it's raining. blames it on "animal interference" when they walk past the same little dog every other time they have to deliver a package, I have them on my security cameras, my dogs were nowhere near the truck... Just laziness.....
The post office itself is lovely and very helpful....the carriers on the other hand-lazy and the least helpful group of folks-ever. If it requires them to get out of their car and walk up a few stairs (gasp), expect to find a sweet note that they "attempted" delivery. Never been so tempted to get a PO Box before....ahhhhh, maybe that's why they're so not helpful-perhaps they get a kick back on PO box rentals?
Other than the fact that they close at 4:30 on weekdays, unlike the usual 5... the employees and facility are great.
